“’And when did we see you sick, or in prison, and come to you?’ And the
King will answer and say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did
it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.’”
(Matt. 25:39 -40)" |

St. Paul’s METRO Women’s Prison Ministry
Every Tuesday from 6:30 – 8pm, women from St. Paul’s go to METRO Women’s prison
to meet with the women there. They are there to teach the word through themed discussions
and assignments, as well as to listen to the women and to let them know that they
are loved because they are God’s children.
They provide a spiritually uplifting environment for the women and encourage them
to express themselves and to share their own spiritual insights. There is a need
for women to go to the prison to participate the spiritual studies, conversations
and prayer.
We would also like to start a pen pal program if you are interested. Working with
these women is a very spiritually rewarding experience. For information on how to
join in, please contact Cheryl Maddox at cherylmdx@yahoo.com or
404-344-1802. |

Women of Faith Ministry
“Women of Faith” is an ecumenical gathering of diverse women from metropolitan Atlanta
and Georgia. Churches present programs consisting of dance teams, music, puppet
ministries, and testimonials from national celebrities who have been called to Christ
(i.e., NFL players, a professional musician from the Ike and Tina Turner review,
motor cycle ministries, etc.). It is joy to see how the God we serve transforms
lives. The Women of Faith Ministry meets the 4th Friday of each month from 6 – 8pm
(except when changed due to holiday).
Contact Beryl Baker at bbaker@gpc.edu for additional information.
